Roosters have long been revered as messengers of the gods, and are also considered lucky for prosperity in business, so they are often displayed in shops.
This design was brought to Takubo because there was no one making it anymore. Takubo took up the challenge and has continued to make it as Takubo’s Celebration Rooster.
