鶴亀しめ縄 Tsurukame Shimenawa
The symbolic Shimenawa of Takubo, a straw craftsman, depicts a large crane carrying a tortoise.
This is decorated with the faces of the gods from Takachiho mythology, Tajikarao-no-Mikoto and the Amano-Uzume-no-Mikoto, as well as five-colored washi paper. It is the symbol of Takubo.
